Versatile Assembly Options

Orion Fans’ fan trays can be configured with AC, EC, or DC fans, offering both vertical and horizontal airflow options. Designed to fit any 19-inch rack application, Orion’s fan trays range from 1 RU to 3 RU. Temperature-controlled fans are available as an optional add-on for EC and DC models. Standard fan trays come in universal range, low-noise, and high-speed variants.

Modular Fan Trays

Constructed with modular fan assemblies on a heavy-duty steel frame, Orion Fans’ 1 RU modular fan trays are ideal for enclosures, cabinets, equipment racks, or ventilation hoods needing vertical airflow. These trays are pre-wired for 3, 6, or 9 fans to meet specific cooling needs and can be reconfigured for more or less fans as cooling needs change. Accessories like cage nuts and screws are also available, providing cost savings and convenience.

Short Fan Trays

Orion Fans’ short fan trays are available in either a 3-fan or 6-fan configuration and feature a lighter rocker switch for ease of use. These 1 RU units can be mounted in standard 19” racks and offer vertical airflow.

OAT230 Series

These fan trays feature 2 172mm fans and provide horizontal airflow. The trays are 3 RU and fit standard 19” rack configurations. The included filter is easy to clean and replace as needed and is available in either 115 or 230 VAC.

OAT615 Series

Orion Fans’ OAT615 Fan Tray Series provides excellent airflow in a small package. It features 6 40mm high performance fans for horizontal airflow. This 1 RU tray fits standard 19” racks and has a universal AC voltage range with compatibility provided by an external power supply. This tray is also available in a reverse airflow configuration.
