Amazing’s AZKN1044T is a high-speed CAN transceiver compliant with the ISO 11898-2:2016. The AZKN1044T is a ±15kV IEC 61000-4-2 protected CAN transceiver IC. Like the AZKN 1040T, this device serves as an interface between a CAN protocol controller (MCU) and the physical two-wire CAN bus and operates at 5V power supply.
Both parts feature the data rate of both driver and receiver up to 5Mbps to support the high-speed application of the CAN FD.
The AZKN1044T and AZKN1040T also feature the capabilities of the ±40V common mode range of the receive and the low EME of the transmitter, which has been patented as Amazing’s intellectual property. The whole-chip design of the devices can sustain ±2kV EFT coupling under communication.
