We are committed to oppose the use of any “conflict minerals” in the products which we distribute, support a “conflict minerals” free supply chain and assist you with your reporting requirements.

Purpose

This policy is provided to support section 1502 of the U.S. Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, to support your requirements and industry requirements and endorse a “conflict minerals” free supply chain.

Definitions

Conflict Minerals:

Minerals (Cassiterite (tin, tin alloy, solder), Columbite – Tantalite (Tantalum), Gold, Wolframite (Tungsten)) originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or an adjoining country.

Conflict Minerals Free:

Oppose the use of any “conflict minerals” in the products we distribute and require our vendors to notify us, prior to delivery, if the products listed on our purchase order contain conflict minerals.

Adjoining Country:

Includes: Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.
